- Currently, I'm experiencing changes that I think (and hope) are going to lead me to pursue more fulfilling objectives in my life. I began traveling more independently when I was in college and am looking to continue my travels as I now am fortunate to have the time and opportunity to do so. Having recently left my job at a technology-based company, I am finding newfound inspiration in everyday interaction with others and seeing endless opportunities to share information and exchange ideas. My life is filled with diverse people, good food, and colorful experiences. I can confidently say that I will try almost anything at least once. Those are really nice pics Winnie. Is that park extraorinarily popular with couples for some reason? Jeffrey

A pattern I noticed in Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Singapore is that many young couples utilized the parks as special meeting places. It may have something to do with the fact that much of the youth (up until marriage) still live at home with their parents, thus the parks provide privacy in which they can be affectionate with one another and not have to face familial judgment.
This lake in Hanoi was particularly popular with young people, as well as with tourists. I just wanted to photograph people mirroring the gestures or body language of their significant others...(it made me think of the popular belief that individuals start taking on the physical appearance of their better halves or people begin to resemble their pets, etc.).
